Welcome!
I would like to introduce myself to you.
I was born in Chicago, IL. I was one of 4 children, 3 girls and a boy. I was the second daughter.
I attended Purdue University and graduated with Honors in biology. I then attended Chicago Medical School (now Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science). I started my residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI. Following my husband to Florida for a job transfer, I finished my residency in 1983 at the University of South Florida in Tampa. I have been board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1987. While living in Georgia, I got involved meeting the needs of rape victims in Gwinnett County. A friend and I founded the Gwinnett Rape Crisis Center where I served as medical director until we moved away in 1998.
I am married and have 4 children. Until recently I have worked as an employed physician while raising my children. I am now eager to start my own practice to create an environment of Women’s Health Care with “a woman’s touch.”
My hobbies are horseback riding, reading, and working with stained glass. |

Greetings!
My name is Kelsey Scherling, and I will be the face that welcomes you to the office of Casper Women’s Care. I have lived in Casper all of my life. I graduated from Natrona County High School and obtained my degree in Business Administration from Casper College. I have always been interested in business and computers, but I couldn’t help being drawn towards the medical field because many members of my family, including my mother and father in-law, are nurses. I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to have a career that encompasses both of my desired fields. I love working with people, and I hope to build strong relationships with our patients. |
